Resolved - Google Play subscriptions are reporting correct numbers now that our workaround is live and all syncs have completed. If numbers are still inflated reach out directly and we'll take a closer look.

Update - A workaround has been rolled out that resolved this issue, and we are now in the process of updating reports for all affected members. We expect to have everyone back to normal within the next few hours.

Update - We've yet to see a resolution from Google, so we're in the process of rolling out a workaround that should make data in reports more correct and also update some account who are currently missing reports.

Monitoring - After a thorough investigation, we've found that Google Play subscription reports from the 27th and on are inflating numbers ( x 1 Million) in the raw reports. This is widespread on Google's end and will impact raw reports for most products and developers. When Google releases corrected reports we'll reimport all subscription reports for all possible accounts.

The incident is impacting only the raw reports as the developer dashboard will return numbers as expected.

Update - We're continuing to work with Amazon to resume syncs and hope to be able relay additional information soon. Once resolved, we'll import available data for any affected account.

Identified - Due to issues with Amazon's reporting dashboard, we're unable to sync reports at the moment. Once these issues are resolved reports will update automatically.

Resolved - We've rolled out an update that resolved the earlier connectivity issues, and are now syncing once again.

Investigating - Our integration team is investigating an issue causing Steam syncs to fail. We're working to make necessary updates and we will return syncs to normal as soon as possible.

Resolved - We've found that RevMob currently shut down reporting for the time being. As this is an issue directly with RevMob, we're resolving this incident on our end. When RevMob data becomes available once again we'll be able to import data for all accounts.
