Update - Apple has started releasing updated "uninstalls" through App Store Connect. However, we are still seeing delays in reporting so we're going to explore the updated data before re-importing for all accounts.

We'll share more here as we begin to pull in those updated numbers.

Identified - Apple has announced their uninstall numbers dating back to August of 2019 were incorrectly reported. Uninstalls have been completed wiped from App Analytics while Apple works to release regenerated numbers.

We will re-import updated uninstall numbers as soon as those are corrected on Apple's end.

Update - Earlier today Apple released daily reports for the 19th bringing reports as up to date as possible. Hopefully this trend continues and release times begin to return to normal over the next few days.

We'll continue to monitor until we're confident delays have fully subsided.

Update - Apple's weekly email reports for 11/11 through 11/17 have not yet been released by Apple, so those are still delayed.

Also experiencing delays are the daily sales reports as reports for the 16th are currently the latest available reports.

Quick note: the Sales and Trends dashboard in App Store Connect is reporting updated data for the 17th and 18th. We'll wait for the raw reports to be generated and automatically import those once detected.

Monitoring - We've been seeing data delays from App Store Connect for the last week now, which are impacting all sales report types (daily, weekly, monthly, financial, payments). These delays are also reflected in App Store Connect's dashboard.

At this time there isn't much we can do other than to monitor closely and import new data as it becomes available.

Ranks, review, ratings, and features aren't impacted by this issue and continue to update normally.

Monitoring - Over the last few weeks Google Play ratings have become very unstable for many apps. We've monitored big dips of 50%+ negative ratings one day, followed by the same amount in extra positive ratings the next day.

This volatility is noticeable back to August of 2019 and in recent weeks it has become much more pronounced, resulting in larger negative numbers.

We're not sure why it's happening, and have reached out to Google, but believe it's related to Google's roll-out of a new ratings system.

We'll update this incident if/when we get an update from Google.

Monitoring - We're observing a large number of changes to urls for iOS apps which are currently slowing down hourly report generation and also causing files to be larger than normal.

We're currently running with a two hour delay, an hour more than normal, while we wait for all affected products to update. We do not have a way to speed this process up at this point as the changes are in fact real, but expect this to be resolved within the next 4 - 8 hours.

Update - Apple's sales reports for 11/5 were released a day late on 11/7. We're in the process of syncing those reports now.

Daily reports for 11/6 have not yet been released though we'll pick up those automatically once detected from Apple.
