Resolved - Replying to reviews is back up and running as Apple has resolved the issue with their reviews page. You can now reply to reviews once again through the site + app + API.

Update - App Store Connect is still experiencing issue so replying is still not possible. We've followed up with Apple and will post an update as soon as we have something to share.

Identified - App Store Connect is currently experiencing issue with reviews making replying to reviews fail. We've reached out to Apple and will update this incident as soon as we have additional information.

FYI - Some reviews we marked as "deleted" even though they're not because of this issue. We resolved this issue and are cleaning all of those up right now.

Resolved - We've continued to monitor our workaround for Apple's 2 Factor Authentication issues and we are confident our fix is working successfully.

Monitoring - We've pushed out a short term fix to help workaround Apple's current 2FA issues. Updating the App Store Connect account to go through verification one more time will having you up and running once again.

If you haven't already, you can go to Account Settings > Linked Accounts > edit > re-enter credentials and follow the 2FA flow. After that you should be all set.

Identified - Over the last few days, Apple has been having issues with 2FA for a number of App Store Connect accounts. In turn, we're then having trouble with 2FA syncs failing for some members. Based on the 2FA issues, some accounts may be having difficulties with App Store Connect accounts remaining linked with Appfigures.

We're working now to push out a workaround for a short term fix until Apple resolves these issues completely.

Resolved - We were experiencing higher login error rates for a 5 minute period. This manifested itself generally as stalled/failed requests and a login page that seems to refresh after submit without actually logging in.

The root cause of the issue has been resolved and we are continuing to monitor the affected services.

Resolved - Google has now released reports up to and including 4/8. As this is Google's typical daily delay of a couple days, we're resolving this one.

Update - Reports for 3/31 have been released by Google and are available for importing. Data should already be filled in for the day, if not reach out directly and we can get that updated.

A quick note: Google's reports after 4/4 are still delayed for recent days so we'll keep an eye on these as well.

Monitoring - Google's reports covering free apps are still delayed for 3/31. Reports after 4/1 are delayed at this time as well.

We'll begin to import data for missing days as it becomes available within Google's raw reports.

Identified - Google's raw report, with free app data, is unavailable for March 31st. Raw reports for surrounding dates of 3/30 and 4/1 however, have been generated. Once reports for the day are released we'll be able to import data for everyone.

Resolved - Our Search Ads fix is in place and we've successfully re-imported spend data for any affected account.

Monitoring - A fix for Search Ads inflation has been pushed and we're working to re-sync spend reports for impacted days.

Identified - Over the past week Apple has released updates to Search Ads causing ad spend numbers, on our end, to be inflated after 3/28 for some accounts. Our integration team is currently working to push out a fix for those days. As soon as that's live, we'll re-import data for the time period.
