Update - Google has confirmed the ongoing reporting issues and is actively working on a resolution.

At the moment, download data for June 26 and July 3 is still missing. The latest available download data is July 4, so once Google generates the missing reports, we'll automatically import them and update your data.

Update - Google has now released download data for June 24, so things are moving in the right direction.

The remaining missing reports are June 26 and July 1. As soon as Google generates those dates, we'll automatically import them and update your data.

The latest available download data from Google is currently July 2, and no additional reporting days have been released since then. We'll continue monitoring for new reports.

Identified - Download data from Google Play is currently stuck at July 17, though revenue data is still arriving normally and is available through yesterday.

We're checking with Google to see what's causing the delay, but for now we're all waiting on Google to release more recent download data.

Google Change Impacting Featured Routes
Update - This change will take more time to address than initially expected. We’re working through a plan for a workaround and will implement it once it’s ready. We’ll continue to share updates as things move forward.

Google's Subscriptions Delay
Resolved - Google appears to be back on its normal subscription reporting schedule. The latest available data is now July 8, which is in line with Google's typical 2–5 day reporting delay.

We'll continue keeping an eye on things, but everything is looking back to normal.

Update - Google has started releasing additional subscription data for June and July.

All Active Subscriptions are now available through July 4, while additional metrics like Activations and Cancellations are currently available through July 2. We'll continue importing new data automatically as Google makes it available.

The current delay is Google's standard 2-5 day delay for releasing data.

Usage Delays for Some App Store Connect Accounts
Resolved - Good news! We were able to get this resolved on Thursday of last week, much earlier than expected.

We've been monitoring usage syncs throughout the weekend, and everything has continued to update normally. This incident has now been resolved.

Identified - We've identified the root cause of the usage sync delays affecting a small number of App Store Connect accounts.

We're working on a fix now, though it will take a little time to roll out. We're aiming to have everything resolved next week and will reach out directly to the affected accounts once their usage data is syncing normally again.

Identified - We've located the root cause of the issue and traced it to a recent change from Apple.
